Department: Ascension Travel Program & Interim Leadership

Schedule: Full Time

Gross Rate up to $6,163.63 per week#ATP

What You Will Do

• Collaborates with hospital leadership and medical staff to identify and develop new patient care programs, policies, procedures, and practice standards.
• Develops and implements a comprehensive program to measure, assess, and improve the quality of nursing care provided across the organization.
• Evaluates the function and structure of assigned areas to ensure the appropriate allocation and utilization of services and budgets in alignment with our strategic goals.
• Ensures full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to nursing services and healthcare delivery.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Master's degree required.

Work Experience:

• 5 years of experience required.
• 10 years of experience preferred.
• 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
• 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences

• 3-5 years of previous experience as a CNO
