Roles & Responsibilities

1. 市场情报与行业洞察

• 建立并完善超声业务市场情报体系，持续跟踪行业发展趋势、市场动态及客户需求变化；
• 开展市场容量、细分市场、客户结构及增长机会分析，形成市场洞察和业务建议；
• 定期输出市场分析报告，为业务规划及管理层决策提供支持。

2. 竞争情报与竞争策略

• 持续监测主要竞争对手的产品布局、市场策略、参数、定价动态及重点项目进展；
• 建立竞争情报数据库和分析机制，形成竞争分析及应对策略建议；
• 为产品市场、区域市场及销售团队提供竞争项目支持，提高市场赢率。

3. VBP策略及支持

• 跟踪国家及区域招标采购、集采及带量采购（VBP）政策变化和行业趋势；
• 与VBP团队协同开展竞争分析和市场研究，支持投标及招采策略制定；
• 参与重点项目分析及相关营销活动规划，提升业务机会把握能力。

4. 业务战略与商业决策支持

• 支持年度业务规划、市场预测及重点项目评估工作；
• 为产品生命周期管理、市场进入策略及市场优先级制定提供数据支持；
• 结合市场趋势和竞争格局，识别潜在增长机会并提出行动建议。

5. 市场信息管理与组织赋能

• 建立并维护市场、竞争、客户及政策信息数据库；
• 推动市场情报共享机制建设，提高组织市场洞察能力；
• 支持销售、市场及管理团队开展市场分析培训和知识分享。

Qualifications

• 熟悉超声行业市场环境、客户结构及主要竞争格局；
• 具备超声设备、医学影像设备或大型医疗设备市场分析经验；
• 具有竞争情报管理、市场研究或商业战略支持经验，能够独立开展分析并形成策略建议；
• 熟悉医疗设备招标采购流程及VBP相关政策者优先。
