Oracle Fusion Maintenance Management
Functional Lead (Fleet Management Focus)
Type: Contract (Long term)
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Maintenance
Management Functional Lead with deep expertise in Fleet Management to support
the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Maintenance
solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of asset
and maintenance business processes and experience delivering Oracle Cloud
Maintenance Management solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, design, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Maintenance Management solutions.
- Serve as the functional SME for Fleet Maintenance Management, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud Maintenance configurations and solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define maintenance strategies, work order processes, asset hierarchies, and maintenance schedules.
- Support the setup and management
- Design and validate integrations between Oracle Maintenance Management and related modules, Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Facilitate workshops, CRP sessions, UAT cycles, and production readiness activities.
- Provide guidance on industry best practices for fleet maintenance operations and asset reliability management.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold
the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications: - A minimum of five years of Oracle enterprise resource planning (ERP), Financial implementation, and upgrade experience
- Expertise in Fleet Management to support
- Completion of one full implementation with Oracle Cloud Financials implementation as a Functional Lead or Project Lead
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university preferred, not required
- Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level
- Detailed understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP System concepts and general module functionality
- This role will require a lot of travel to the Miami, FL area.
- 50% Travel leading up to Testing Events: Estimated timeline July and August
- 100% Travel During Testing Events: Estimated timeline November
