Description
Work Setup: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM) | Full Onsite (Possibility of a hybrid setup)

Location: Makati
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery and management of managed IT services, ensuring service availability, performance, and compliance with agreed service levels and business requirements.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and internal IT teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents, requests, and operational issues.
- Establish and monitor service performance metrics, reports, and governance processes to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee IT service management processes, including incident, problem, change, and request management, to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to identify service improvement opportunities, manage risks, and support the firm's technology objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT service management, managed services, IT operations, or technology support leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management practices, operational processes, vendor management, and service delivery frameworks.
- Experience managing enterprise applications, infrastructure services, or outsourced IT operations; experience supporting professional services or audit environments is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive service excellence.
