Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect claim data from various data sources.
- Analyze claim data to report on claim trends, recovery/claim ratio, and other situational forecasts.
- Provide additional data as requested by SEA and Management.
- Monitor aging claim status and provide frequent notifications to team members regarding outstanding claims exceeding 120 days.
- Obtain relevant transportation/claim data using systems such as NERP, SAP, WMP, TMS, and Cello.
- Collect and organize data for daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Prioritize and execute any ad hoc reporting and special project requests.
- Design, implement, automate, and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes.
- Consistently meet strict deadlines set by management with a strong sense of responsibility.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of data analytics experience. Transportation/Logistics experience preferred.
- Fluent in Korean is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to read, interpret, and simplify complex information from various sources into clear and understandable formats.
- Strong critical thinking and planning ability; balancing accountabilities; flexibility to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Advanced knowledge of analytical skills in Microsoft Excel (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, seasonal index, IF functions, etc.) for reporting to management.
- Ability to collaborate and share tasks to maximize efficiency towards common goals.
