Job Summary

Provide 24/7 mission-critical data center operational support, managing service provisioning, technical "Smart Hands" services, and infrastructure monitoring. Act as the primary technical point of contact to respond to incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, and coordinate with facilities/network teams while ensuring strict compliance with physical security, site safety, and operational SLA standards.

Job Description

1. 24/7 Operations & Service Provisioning

• Provide 24/7 data center operational support, after-sales services, and managed services shifts.
• Perform service provisioning and fulfill customer service requests within the agreed scope and SLA.
• Provide Smart Hands support, handle information requests, conduct equipment checks, and deliver other in-scope technical services.

2. Monitoring, Incident Response & Facilities Coordination

• Monitor data center services, infrastructure conditions, alarms, and customer equipment as required.
• Respond to incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, and coordinate closely with facility teams, network teams, and specialized service delivery teams until issues are resolved.
• Provide timely incident notifications, status updates, escalation, and follow-up communications to all relevant parties.

3. Compliance, Security & Documentation

• Verify the identity and authorization of personnel requesting services or access to restricted areas.
• Conduct routine environmental and security patrols to ensure safety, cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance within the data center.
• Maintain precise operational records, shift handover reports, service request records, incident logs, and customer activity reports.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience or internship exposure in IT infrastructure, Colocation, Network, or Data Center Facilities is a strong advantage.
• Language Skills: Good English communication skills (written and verbal) are a distinct advantage for coordinating with international clients.
