CommunityCare Kistler, an FQHC lookalike model and affiliated with Geisinger, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their family medicine team.Job Duties:
CommunityCare Kistler Clinic qualifies for the *NHSC Loan Repayment Program which is the National Health Service Corps http://https://nhsc.hrsa.gov/loan-repayment/nhsc-loan-repayment-program (up to $75,000 for two-years) in addition to the $10k recruitment incentive.
The Advanced Practitioner must be able to treat all ages (birth to geriatric)
Advanced Practitioners receive the following benefits:
