Job Description Summary
The Parts and Repairs Leader for Northern Europe will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational execution, and commercial growth of our parts and repair services within the region. This role focuses on driving customer value, optimizing service supply chain performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, on-time solutions to support our installed base.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage the end-to-end parts and repair lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence across Northern European service centres and logistics hubs.
- Commercial Growth: Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify opportunities for parts upgrades, long-term service agreements (LTSAs), and repair service expansions.
- Performance Metrics: Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) identified in the parts SQDC Bowler including on-time delivery (OTD), fulfilment cycle time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for regional site leaders and global supply chain counterparts to resolve fulfilment bottlenecks and prioritize critical customer needs.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Align regional repair capabilities with the evolving needs of the energy market in Northern Europe, focusing on agility and localized responsiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Significant experience in service, supply chain, or aftermarket operations, preferably within the energy or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of the Northern European energy landscape and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of managing P&L or complex service fulfilment environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in English; additional local language skills are highly desirable.
