Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities
- Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Handle fixed asset accounting, lease accounting, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Trial Balance.
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and internal financial controls.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders and support internal/external audits.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.
- Maintain SLA, KPI, and TAT adherence within RTR processes.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in RTR / General Ledger Accounting.
- Strong experience in Shared Services (SSC) / BPO Finance Operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Good understanding of financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting principles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts supporting global business operations.
- Shipping or Logistics industry experience is an added advantage.
