Dental Sterilization Technician

This is a full-time position with benefits.Responsibilities of Sterilization TechnicianPrepare all treatment rooms for safe, predictable, and high-quality surgery for patientsTreatment room set-up, decontamination, sterilization of all instruments, cleaning, and restockingOrder suppliesBreak down and dispose of supply cardboard boxes, as neededTake radiographic images as prescribed by the doctor (after proper certification, which we will provide)Maintain awareness of the comfort and safety needs of patientsCommunicate with other essential team members to coordinate patient flow and comfortMaintain a clean and organized work areaRequirements of Sterilization TechnicianWe are more interested in finding the right candidate and are willing to train, but experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plusHigh school diplomaSustained positivity and energy throughout the dayCommunicates clearly with patients and all team membersAttention to detailProfessionalismCompensation and BenefitsWage: $17–$20 per hour DOE90-day review and wage assessment, with potential for increase36–40 hour work weekHealth insurance benefit after 30 days; all other benefits eligible after the 90-day probation period40 hours of vacation (accrued annually), doubling at year 3 of service5 days of sick pay per year5 paid holidaysMedical, vision, and dental available401(k) employer contributionWe believe that all patients deserve to experience a better life by having their mouths restored to ideal health.
