As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a luxury retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a luxury retail environment.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, common areas, stockroom-adjacent spaces, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, assist with crowd and line management during busy shopping periods, and help to support a professional atmosphere for guests and staff.
• Observe for potential policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or operational issues, then report findings promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and location guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
