Director, Business Systems

Shape the future of our core business platforms 

At Stibo Software Group, we are looking for a Director of Business Systems to take end-to-end ownership of some of our most critical enterprise platforms – including Workday, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Atlassian Jira. These platforms sit at the core of how we operate across Finance, People & Culture, Professional Services, and IT – enabling scalable processes, transparent delivery, and data-driven decision-making.  

 
The job: 
In the role, you will drive both platform excellence and business impact, combining product ownership, architectural thinking, and operational leadership with an AI-first mindset. Your mission is to ensure these platforms deliver measurable business value while supporting our transformation toward AI-driven scalability and seamless operations. 

You will lead the transformation of our business systems landscape from a reactive setup into a structured, value-driven platform ecosystem—ensuring clear ownership, governance, and measurable business impact. 

Furthermore, you will: 

• Own and shape our business platforms by taking end-to-end ownership of Workday, Jira, and connected systems—defining the roadmap, managing priorities, and driving adoption to ensure clear and measurable business value 

• Drive platform architecture, data, and scalability by ensuring secure and compliant design, overseeing integrations and data structures, and enabling stronger financial, operational, and performance insights 

• Lead platform performance and financial value creation by enabling stronger support for pricing, forecasting, and business insights while ensuring stable and scalable platform operations in a SaaS environment. 

• Enable project delivery and service management through Jira by standardizing workflows, increasing transparency, and strengthening governance, performance tracking, and cross-functional accountability 

• Align stakeholders and drive governance and AI-enabled transformation by bringing together business and technology leaders, enabling clear prioritization and decision-making, and advancing automation, digital agents, and AI-driven improvements across business systems 

This is your Team 

You will lead a cross-functional business systems capability, working closely with technical specialists, application support, business stakeholders, and external partners.  
 

What you bring 

You are an experienced business systems leader with a strong track record of owning and scaling enterprise platforms. you take ownership, set direction, and ensure execution in complex environments, governance, and operational excellence across complex environments. You operate with a clear ownership mindset and are comfortable align and confidently challenge senior stakeholders to drive the right decisions while driving automation and AI-driven improvements. 

• Proven experience leading ERP, SaaS, or enterprise business systems in an international or matrixed organization 

• Bring 8+ years in ERP/SaaS platform leadership, product ownership, and governance 

• Strong track record in roadmap ownership, platform governance, and delivery execution 

• Strong understanding of finance processes, reporting, and data-driven decision-making 

• Solid understanding of system architecture, integrations, data, and service operations 

• Experience with automation, AI, or digital workforce initiatives is a strong advantage
