About the Role

An established medical clinic in Williamsburg is looking for a Provider Operations Manager to own the full scope of administrative and operational management for its NP and PA team. This is a hands-on leadership role covering everything from credentialing and compliance to scheduling and payer issues — and eClinicalWorks experience is a hard requirement.

Key Responsibilities

Provider Oversight & Scheduling

• Lead day-to-day operations across the provider team
• Manage provider schedules and performance expectations
• Serve as the primary liaison between providers, leadership, and administrative staff

Credentialing & Compliance

• Manage provider onboarding, credentialing, and enrollment
• Gather and maintain required documentation for new and existing providers
• Ensure documentation compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements

Payer & Systems Management

• Oversee claim, payer, and insurance-related operational issues
• Utilize eClinicalWorks (eCW) to manage and support provider operations
• Drive process improvements across operational workflows

Qualifications

• Hands-on eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience (required)
• Background in healthcare operations, practice management, provider relations, or healthcare leadership
• Experience managing providers and/or healthcare staff
• Strong understanding of credentialing, documentation compliance, and payer processes
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
