The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, maintaining, and enhancing software applications while collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions. Responsibilities: Software Development • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and solutions. • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices. • Participate in both front-end and back-end development projects. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues. • Ensure software applications are scalable, reliable, and secure. • Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal system performance. Solution Design & Innovation • Collaborate with team members to design and implement innovative software solutions. • Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical decision-making. • Continuously evaluate and improve existing software applications and processes. • Research and apply new technologies and development methodologies where appropriate. Client Engagement • Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and technical needs. • Assist in translating client challenges into practical software solutions. • Provide technical support and guidance throughout project lifecycles. • Participate in meetings and discussions with stakeholders when required. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement • Collaborate with developers, engineers, and project teams to deliver successful outcomes. • Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives. • Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards, processes, and tools. • Maintain accurate technical documentation where required. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. • Strong foundation in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. • 2–5 years of experience in software development or programming roles. • Experience in back-end web development. • Proficiency in software development, coding, and programming principles. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • High attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
