You'll be the very first Account Executive to launch and own Paraform's Healthcare recruiting vertical from the ground up. This isn't just another AE seat; it's a chance to build something entirely new inside one of the fastest growing recruiting platforms in tech.
You'll bring experience owning business development at a Healthcare recruiting agency and channel that expertise into winning new healthcare clients, running the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You know the nuances of healthcare hiring: the talent shortages, the credentialing complexities, the client pain points. You're ready to weaponize that knowledge in a startup environment where speed and creativity win.
