What Will You Do

  • Monitor & Test — Perform daily monitoring and testing of critical applications, system health, logs, and alarms with a strong sense of urgency when issues arise

  • Enable Customers — Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to customers, empowering them to better understand and leverage the company's Networks solutions
  • Communicate & Escalate — Serve as the primary liaison between customer operations and Customer Support, Account Management, and engineering teams — managing escalations, status updates, and resolution timelines
  • Hands-On Support — Work directly with equipment and tools as needed, supporting team members across a cross-functional environment
