Overview
The Professional Services Intern will work alongside consultants and security engineers to support customer implementations, deployments, and post-sales engagements for enterprise security solutions. Role Overview:
Work alongside consultants and security engineers to support customer implementations, deployments, and post-sales engagements for enterprise security solutions.Responsibilities
- Assist Professional Services consultants and engineers with customer onboarding and solution deployment activities
- Support implementation and configuration of cybersecurity platforms in customer environments
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and project status calls
- Help troubleshoot technical issues during deployments and escalate findings when appropriate
- Perform basic log analysis, system validation, and testing activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge base articles
- Track project tasks, milestones, and customer deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Support, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales
- Assist with internal lab testing and proof-of-concept environments
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout engagements
Requirements
- Currently pursuing in a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, EEE or equivalent.
- This will be a full time, 6 months internship with flexible work arrangements
