Your responsibilities

The Supply chain BI Partner works with business stakeholders and the Business Intelligence team, enabling data-driven decision-making through effective analytics, reporting, and actionable insight generation. The role focuses on understanding business requirements, translating them into scalable BI solutions, and driving adoption of standardized reporting and KPI governance across Supply chain functions.

• Partner with supply chain business stakeholders to understand reporting, analytics, and operational requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional BI requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solution delivery.

• Drive development, enhancement, and adoption of dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks.

• Provide proactive actionable insights and recommendations to support business performance and decision-making.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports and analytics solutions.

• Act as the primary point of contact for BI-related support within assigned functional or execution areas.

• Prioritization of BI requests and ensure timely delivery of solutions by developing the dashboards as required

• Support standardization of business metrics, monitor report usage, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize reporting processes.

• Facilitate user training, stakeholder communication, and change management activities related to BI solutions.

• Work closely with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Solution Architects to deliver scalable analytics solutions.

What we look for

• Bachelor of Engineering with 4 ~ 7 years of experience in Supply chain

• Strong Supply chain business process knowledge

• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence, reporting, and analytics concepts.

• Hands on experience with Microsoft Power BI for dashboard development

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze business processes and identify data-driven improvement opportunities.

• Knowledge of KPI management, data governance, and reporting best practices.

• Good understanding of SQL, data models, and data visualization principles.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
