The role requires completed commercial training (preferably as bank clerk), experience in mortgage financing, knowledge of land registry and financing processes, and proficiency with digital tools and MS Office. This position offers flexible working hours and up to 100% mobile work.

## Aufgaben
- Vorbereitung, Prüfung und strukturierte Aufbereitung von Immobilienfinanzierungen
- Zusammenstellung und Pflege von finanzierungsrelevanten Unterlagen (z. B. Einkommensunterlagen, Objektunterlagen, Grundbuchauszüge)
- Unterstützung bei der Antragsstellung und Abwicklung von Baufinanzierungen
- Verantwortung für ein sorgfältiges Dokumenten- und Fristenmanagement im Finanzierungsprozess
- Souveräne Kommunikation mit Banken, Kreditinstituten, Kunden und weiteren Finanzierungspartnern
- Aktive Mitwirkung an reibungslosen Abläufen zwischen Vertrieb, Banken und internen Stellen
## Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Bankkauffrau / Bankkaufmann
- Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung von Immobilienfinanzierungen, Baufinanzierungen oder Darlehensprozessen
- Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Grundbuch, Objektunterlagen und Finanzierungsabläufe
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und MS Office
