Overview
As a Workforce Support Coordinator, you'll lead and support career readiness, workforce development, and summer day camp initiatives for youth and young adults. Your responsibilities include supporting workforce development participants, collaborating with professionals and community agencies, assisting with program implementation, and providing resources and referrals. You'll also support summer camp operations, provide supervision to student participants, and ensure activities align with YMCA youth development outcomes. This seasonal part-time position requires excellent interpersonal skills, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, and the ability to relate to diverse groups.
