Professional Experience

• Experience in Banking, Consulting or similar environments (6–10 years preferred)
• Exposure to corporate clients and commercial roles is highly valued
• Understanding of Cash Management and/or Lending products is a strong plus

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields (Required)

Languages

• Spanish (Required)
• English (Required)
• Additional languages such as Portuguese, French or Chinese (Preferred)

Hard Skills

• Strong analytical and financial skills (Required)
• Advanced Excel skills (required)
• Strong PowerPoint skills for client-facing materials (Required)
• Solid understanding of corporate finance and banking products (Required)

Soft Skills

• Strong commercial mindset with focus on results and revenue generation
• High level of ownership and accountability
• Proactive attitude and ability to originate opportunities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into solutions
