Such as Order processing, Wescale operation, Contract documentation, Delivery control, Spend analysis, vendor registration and others.
Also, will be responsible for the strategic sourcing activities and supplier relationships for the assigned area.
The Purchasing Specialist will lead the operational activities of Sourcing Team.
Such as Order processing, Wescale operation, Contract documentation, Delivery control, Spend analysis, vendor registration and others.
Also, will be responsible for the strategic sourcing activities and supplier relationships for the assigned area.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and control Order processing and Wescale operation
- Manage and lead Contract documentatoin
- Manage delivery control
- Manage importation and customs clearance for assigned items.
- Analyze spendings and cost savings of sourcing team
- Manage vendor registration and operate MDG
- Co-work with the sourcing manager to build up SKO Sourcing organization
- Manage and control Supplier relationship for the assigned area
- Develop and valuate new suppliers for the assigned area
- Manage tender process and co-work with the sourcing manager for it.
- Co-work with the sourcing manger for any strategic purchasing activities
Qualifications & Requirements:
Requirement and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, logistics, or in a related field
- Basic knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experiences:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Proven experience in managing procurement operations.
- Experience in Wescale system
Language:
- Fluent in English & Korean both
Working Conditions/Environment:
- Willingness to travel if needed
