Multi-Specialty Group Class Instructors (flexible, as-needed)

About the role

HealthFitness is looking for Multi-specialty Group Class Instructors to join the fitness team at our community client site located in Gurnee, IL!  

In this position you will provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members participating in the program such as Dance, Kickboxing, Step, Boot Camp, Circuit, Spin/Cycling and specialty classes such as Zumba, Pilates, Kickboxing, Martial Arts, and more!

Minimum Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 45 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

The compensation range for this role is $25/hr - $30/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.  We understand that compensation is an important factor when considering a new opportunity, and we strive to provide a competitive wage within the market.
