We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic RAN Integration Engineer to join our dynamic and multicultural team supporting customers across the EMEA region.

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates with strong academic achievements or early-career engineers with up to 2 years of professional experience who are passionate about mobile network technologies, automation, and developing their technical expertise in Radio Access Network (RAN) integration.

What You Will Do

• Support integration and commissioning activities for RAN technologies, including 5G, LTE, WCDMA, and GSM, under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Assist in troubleshooting, fault identification, and resolution of technical issues across multi-technology network environments.
• Participate in software upgrades, feature implementation, and network modernization activities.
• Support the development and use of automation scripts using Python or similar scripting languages.
• Engage in integration projects for network deployments.
• Collaborate with planning, optimization, transport, and core network teams to support successful network rollouts.
• Testing, validating, and acceptance activities for newly integrated network elements.
• Follow established network quality, operational, and performance standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation-driven delivery processes.
• Participate in technical training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and hands-on learning opportunities to develop RAN integration expertise.

What You Bring

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Recent graduate or early-career engineer with 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Strong academic background and good understanding of telecommunications fundamentals.
• Knowledge of mobile network technologies, including 5G, LTE, WCDMA, and GSM.
• Fundamental understanding of Radio Access Network (RAN) architecture and network deployment concepts.
• Knowledge of IP networking and transport technologies.
• Familiarity with telecommunications systems, network equipment, or mobile network operations through academic studies, internships, or professional experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn Ericsson RAN platforms, integration tools, and network management systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in multicultural environments.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of hands-on experience in RAN integration, telecom deployment, or network operations.
• Familiarity with Ericsson RAN technologies, network management systems, or commissioning activities.
• Basic understanding of 5G NR, LTE, WCDMA, GSM network architecture.
• Exposure to network integration, configuration, commissioning, or troubleshooting activities.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, Java, or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and networking tools.
• Awareness of automation technologies and modern telecom operational practices.
• Knowledge of cloud-native telecom environments is an advantage.
