Nestled within the resort, The MRKT is our go-to spot for quick bites, quality coffee, and grab-and-go goodness. It’s where mornings begin, caffeine flows freely, and regulars are remembered by name (and drink order, of course). 

  

We’re looking for a Full-Time Barista who knows their way around an espresso machine—or is eager to learn—and enjoys creating small moments of joy, one cup at a time. If you can handle a morning rush with a smile, keep things tidy, and throw in a little personality with every pour, you’ll fit right in.  Shift Hours: 6AM - 11PM. Pay Rate $19.00

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other menu items with consistency and care. 

• Deliver friendly, efficient service that keeps guests coming back (yes, even before their first sip). 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace. 

• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately. 

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times. 

• Keep the vibe upbeat—because coffee tastes better with good energy. 

Qualifications

• Previous barista or food service experience preferred, but not required. 

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment (think morning coffee rush levels of busy). 

• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. 

• Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat—or spilling the latte. 

• Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays. 

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
