As a Technical Associate - Launch Operations (gn), you will support production trials, filling tests, and sample production runs. You enjoy hands-on work, have a strong technical understanding, and are excited to help drive the success of ESN and More Nutrition?

Your mission

• You prepare materials, samples, equipment, and documentation for production trials and filling tests
• You support and execute filling tests, sample productions, and launch-related production trials
• You document process parameters, observations, deviations, and trial results
• You are responsible for handling, labeling, storing, and distributing samples as well as non-released raw materials
• You coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Production, Quality Assurance, R&D, Planning, and Engineering regarding schedules and open topics related to trial productions and process evaluations

 

Your experience & skills

• You have completed a technical, scientific, or production-related vocational training, for example as a Laboratory Technician, CTA/BTA, Food Production Specialist, Machine and Plant Operator, Food Technician, or a comparable qualification. A university degree is not required for this position
• Ideally, you have gained initial experience in production, filling operations, sample manufacturing, or production-related trials
• You work in a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented manner
• You have a strong technical understanding and enjoy practical, hands-on work
• You are willing to take ownership of operational tasks and work independently
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team
