How you’ll make an impact

1. You will support the electromagnetic calculation & designs ensuring compliance with technical specifications and industry standards also conduct experiments and analyze data to support the development of new technologies and solutions.

2. You will contribute to technology road mapping and strategy development within the R&D department.

3. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete electrical, mechanical, simulation, prototyping, and testing.

4. You will provide technical support to factories, salespeople, and customers also foster a culture of knowledge transfer by sharing insights, best practices, and lessons learned with team members.

5. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

6. Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

1. You hold a master's or upper degree in Electric Engineering or related.

2. Familiar with 2D and 3D mechanical design tools and capable of 3D modeling tools, such as Auto CAD, ProE, CATIA, UG, and solid works.

3. Familiar with FEA knowledge, product quality, and production process control of instrument transformers and with the PLM system.

4. Good project management skills are preferred, self-motivated, energized, and results-oriented.

5. Creative thinking with demonstrated analytical skills and structured work approach.

6. Ability to work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments, willingness to travel.

7. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
