As a Production Associate, you'll work with your hands on a variety of wood processing centers. Your daily tasks will vary, and you'll get to move around throughout the day while working closely with a team. No experience? No problem. Highlights of your role
- Sort, stack and grade wood based on size and grade of material
- Operate chop saws, compound miter saws, and other equipment
- Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues
- Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
Select a schedule that works for your life:
- Evenings: 2:30 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. (Monday-Thursday) Pay: $21 per hour
Please note: all shifts require mandatory overtime.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Learn to accurately read and use a calibrated tape measure.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent attendance and the ability to be on time.
- Ability to work a physical job for 10 hours per day.
Also want to make sure you have
- Previous manufacturing experience or assembly experience is a plus.
- A high school diploma is strongly preferred.
