This role sits at the intersection of eCommerce, digital marketing and shopper experience, offering a great opportunity to help shape how consumers engage with the LEGO® brand online across France and Iberia.

As an Associate Digital Merchandiser, you will play a key role in helping the LEGO Group create outstanding digital experiences across our retail partners' online platforms in France and Iberia. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, eCommerce teams and external partners, you will ensure our products are presented in the most engaging and effective way possible, helping us inspire more builders of tomorrow.

The LEGO France & Iberia sales team is dedicated to unlocking sustainable business growth, building strong partnerships with customers, and delivering exceptional brand experiences both online and in-store.
As part of the eCommerce team, you will support the development and execution of our digital merchandising strategy, ensuring consumers enjoy a seamless and inspiring online shopping experience wherever they interact with the LEGO brand.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality product presentation and brand execution across customer eCommerce sites.
- Develop and implement digital merchandising strategies for key B2B eCommerce partners across France and Iberia.
- Optimise product detail pages (PDPs), including titles, descriptions, images and digital shelf content.
- Analyse online performance and digital shelf metrics to identify opportunities and improve results.
- Plan, execute and track digital campaigns in partnership with Retail Marketing, Key Account teams and external agencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deploy impactful digital assets and content.
- Support campaign implementation with eCommerce managers and retail partners.
- Build strong relationships with customers, agencies and technology partners to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Use analytics, testing and shopper insights to improve awareness, engagement, conversion and sales performance.
Do you have what it takes?
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Experience within a fast-paced eCommerce environment, FMCG, Digital Agency, Media Agency or Technology-driven business (must be consumer goods focused).
- Understanding of omnichannel shopper behaviour and digital retail ecosystems.
- Experience managing projects within cross-functional marketing and eCommerce environments.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, digital merchandising practices and CMS systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation, trends and performance data.
- Fluent French and business proficient English both written and spoken is essential.
Nice to Have
- Experience driving online operational KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of web analytics and performance measurement tools.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience working within Agile project management frameworks.
- Interest in emerging technologies and digital commerce innovations.
