We're looking for an Associate Client Director to lead implementation planning and delivery across Samsung’s expansive portfolio that includes Mobile/Galaxy, TV & AV, Digital Appliances, and emerging innovations that shape how Australians live, work and connect.

 

You will be responsible for turning strategy into robust, executable plans across the connected consumer journey. Working within a well thought-out and supportive operating model, you build plans that flex across the 4 key phases and integrate Search, Social, Programmatic/YouTube and Retail Media — coordinating briefing, trafficking and optimisation while upholding governance and single-team ways of working.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead implementation planning and end-to-end delivery for Samsung AU campaigns.

• Build integrated plans across Search, Social, Programmatic/YouTube and Retail Media + offline

• Structure delivery across Tease, Pre-order, Launch and Sustain phases and KPIs.

• Own media plan build, briefing and trafficking coordination across channels.

• Drive in-flight optimisation informed by performance and measurement reads.

• Flex delivery across always-on, launches and peaks without compromising BAU.

• Ensure TIM reporting, taxonomy and governance standards are met.

 

 

EXPERIENCE

• Strong cross-channel implementation/media planning experience within a media agency environment
• Experience working on high-profile enterprise clients
• Proven media plan build and trafficking coordination experience
• Experience optimising integrated, multi-channel campaigns
• Familiarity with campaign phasing and digital/retail channels
• Stakeholder-management experience with demanding clients.
• Knowledge of Australian media platforms and tools.
