The Supply Engineering team is crucial in driving our company's success, working collaboratively to ensure bidding platform integrations health with external partners, navigate the complexity of working with 120+ large scale connections and offer valuable analytical insights into inner workings of various ad tech integrations. 

You Will:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance supply-side integrations (SSPs) using Python.
• Optimize existing backend services to handle massive scale with minimal latency.
• Analyze bid traffic patterns, monitor integration health, and troubleshoot real-time SSP communication issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical Account Managers, Product, and other Engineering teams) to onboard new supply partners.
• Contribute to team development standards, testing automation, and CI/CD pipeline improvements.

Desired Experience: 

• 3+ years of experience in software development, primarily using Python.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal, B2 level or higher) is a must, as we work in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of web protocols (HTTP, REST, JSON) and concurrency models in Python (such as asyncio).
• Hands-on experience with database systems (SQL/PostgreSQL, Redis) and Docker.
