Shifts: Immediate openings for Day & Evening Shifts; other shifts available

Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Nurse's Aides to join our caring team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, assisting with daily activities and promoting their overall health, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care according to facility policies and care plans

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output
-
Support residents with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needs

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
-
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Report any changes in resident condition to supervising nurses
Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Utah preferred but not required

Ability to become certified as a Nurse's Aide within 4 months of hire

CPR and First Aid certification

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility is a plus
