Responsibilities

• Assist in key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, development, performance reviews, and offboarding.
• Support managers and employees in day-to-day people-related matters and contribute to a positive employee experience.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with employees across the organization.
• Support the delivery of HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Contribute to organizational and people-related projects by coordinating activities and tracking progress.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of employee data and HR documentation.
• Support the communication and application of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Prepare HR reports, insights, and presentations to support decision-making.

 

Qualifications

• Previous experience as HR Business Partner, preferably in e-commerce, media, advertising or IT industry.
• Knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training & development, compensation, etc.).
• Proficient knowledge of English and Polish.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel, Power Point).
• Experience supporting leaders and employees across multiple departments or business units.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Skillful combination of interpersonal competences with the orientation on the task and goal realization.
• Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
