Objective of the position:
Analyze and supervise that the operations of the spare parts businesses (Trucks/Buses) and the service workshops comply with the established policies and procedures, local accounting and tax principles, ensuring that the reflected margins are correct, to obtain financial information for the development of strategies and decision making. Also prepare forecast and planning for spare parts business, and thereby anticipate risks or opportunities and evaluate and promote the necessary actions with the commercial teams to achieve the financial objetives.

Main Functions:
- Analysis, evaluation and approval of discount operations, promotions and the authorization of credit notes for special prices or price differences.
- Develop detailed planning scenarios according to market conditions, ensuring the profitability of the business.
- Updating and modifying master data of materials, costs and prices in spare parts data management systems (SAP / CBFC) in part numbers.
- Generation of different financial reports showing the revenue as well as the contribution margin of each business unit, including true up calculation with some Intercompanies to ensure correct RoS according with the Transfer Prince rules.
- Prepare accurate forecast information of Contribution Margin considering variables such as FX, Volume and potential discounts,
- Monitor Service Plus's business model, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure profitability.
- Prepare month-end closing information regarding contribution margins, discounts, exchange rates, and main suppliers and customers. Explain the main deviations from the forecast and the corresponding planning figures.
- Coordinate the updating of the price list in collaboration with the pricing teams.
