Description
Help Keep Food Safe. Enjoy Three-Day Weekends.
When you walk through our doors each evening, you're doing more than cleaning a building.
You're helping make sure the food families enjoy is produced in a clean, safe environment. Every surface you scrub, every piece of equipment you sanitize, and every floor you clean helps protect the quality of products that end up on kitchen tables across the country.
That's work you can take pride in.
Here's what your schedule looks like:
- Second shift: Monday through Thursday
- Four, 10-hour shifts (5:00 p.m. to approximately 3:30 a.m.)
- Some Fridays are available for overtime if you'd like to earn extra spending money.
- You'll have most Saturdays off.
- You'll always have Sundays off.
- And yes... that means lots of three-day weekends.
What you'll be doing:
You'll use pressure hoses, foamers, hand scrubbing, automatic floor scrubbers, and other sanitation equipment to keep our production facility spotless and food-safe. It's active work that keeps you moving and makes a real difference every single day.
Why Country Maid?
Because we don't believe people are just employees.
We know you're more than a job title. You're a person with ideas, goals, people who matter to you, and a life outside of work. We think a great workplace should make room for all of that.
Along with a great team, you'll receive:
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid Time Off and paid holidays
- Paid parental leave
- A monthly wellness benefit
- Company-paid work boots and prescription safety glasses
- Plenty of free snacks (and free products to take home!)
- Employee ownership
- And a benefits package built to serve your real life and the things important to you.
Pay & Growth
Starting pay is $19.50 per hour.
And here's something that's different about us: you don't have to wait for an annual review to earn more. As you learn new skills and grow in the role, your pay grows, too. Plus, overtime opportunities are available if you're looking to earn even more.
If you're someone who takes pride in doing important work, enjoys staying active, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely cares about its people, we'd love to meet you.
Requirements
We're happy to train you. So if you have Sanitation experience, that's amazing. If you don't, that's ok, too.
- Physically, as a Sanitation Team Member you'll be on your feet all night, so good shoes are required, but don't worry. We'll pay for those for you.
- There's a lifting requirement of up to 60-pounds.
- What you really need is good attention to detail, a desire to learn, dependability, and to commit to being kind and respectful to the people around you. We'll train you on everything else.
- You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen if offered a position with us.
