Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Linux Operations and providing hardware/software support across all server and network areas.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide L1, L2 and intermediate level troubleshooting for production and development systems and software products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux,AIX,Solaris and Ubuntu Operating systems.
- Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication of technical findings.
- Ensure compliance with defined operating model and processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Linux, AIX, Solaris and Ubuntu Operating systems.
- Experience in User/Groups, RPM, YUM, DNF, LVM, File systems and storage management
- Experience in Knowledge of patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Experience in scripting using Shell/Bash for automation and operational tasks.
- Experience in Log analysis and system monitoring
- Experience in SSH, networking fundamentals, and OS security
- Good To Have Skills: Experience in cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to production and development systems and software products.
- Experience in providing hardware/software support and implementing technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas.
- Strong understanding of operating models and processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in AIX and Linux Operations.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
