Purpose of the role

To support delivery of strategic loyalty proposition changes
To cooperate with the business to analyse loyalty strategic goals, advise best ways to achieve them and interpret them into loyalty programme rules
To support Global Loyalty Platform day-to-day activities

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Co-operate with IAG Loyalty and the supported airlines to understand their strategic goals and requirements

  • Learn, analyse and document the ways of working of existing loyalty processes and business rules

  • Identify key dependencies, challenges and opportunities

  • Verify business requirements against loyalty platform capabilities

  • Work closely with internal and external project teams to ensure smooth delivery of loyalty proposition changes

  • Transform business requirements into loyalty program rules and business configuration

  • Travel to our operating companies and external partners’ locations in the UK, Ireland, Spain and Poland on an occasional, project-related basis

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Very good knowledge of loyalty management tool (big advantage knowledge of CLM Comarch Loyalty Management)

• Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail and the ability to set priorities and function in a highly dynamic, complex international business environment

High computer literacy with the ability to develop knowledge and understanding of new and legacy systems and processes
• Ability to work with cross functional teams
• Customer focus with a drive for continuous improvement and the ability to think outside the box
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as active listening and interpretation skills
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge or fluency in Spanish would be an additional asset
• At least 1 year of professional experience in the field of loyalty programmes (business analysis, system analysis, business configuration, technical design) is requisite
• Proven track record of meeting delivery deadlines and agreed KPIs while participating in process transition and transformation programmes
• Experience of working in an environment of change involving people, process, policy and technology
• Experience of working in a fast-paced, complex global organisation with finite resources
