About the Role:At Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, clinical research is at the heart of advancing cancer care. As a Clinical Research Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting research studies that help bring new treatments and therapies to patients.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to a mission that makes a real difference. Whether you're managing research documentation, supporting data activities, or helping ensure studies remain compliant, your work will help move critical cancer research forward.
The starting annual salary for this position is $56,025 and this can include a full comprehensive benefits package.
What You'll Do:
As a Clinical Research Associate, you will support the successful execution of clinical research studies by:
Maintaining study and regulatory documentation throughout the research lifecycle
Assisting with study submissions, amendments, renewals, and other research-related materials
Collecting, reviewing, and entering study data accurately and efficiently
Supporting study compliance and quality assurance activities
Coordinating schedules and helping manage timelines for research activities
Working closely with research teams to ensure studies remain organized and on track
Utilizing systems and reporting tools to support research operations and data management
Following established clinical research regulations, guidelines, and best practices

Preferred qualifications include experience with:
Clinical research or research support activities
Quality assurance, compliance, or process improvement initiatives
Scheduling and coordinating projects or resources
Data collection, data entry, or data management
SharePoint, Power BI, or similar systems and reporting applications
Working with detailed documentation and maintaining accurate records
Managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience1. Associate’s degree; or
2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and two (2) years of clinical research, healthcare or other related experience.
NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
