Global Installation Engineer-Semi-Shanghai/Beijing/Wuxi/Chengdu-New Graduate

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers with installing leading-edge customer equipment, performing scheduled preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance, and upgrading equipment
• Assigned domestic or overseas business trips, travel rate: 70%-85%
• Complete specific technical training，safety training and learning through on job training
• Satisfy the company’s and customer’s on-site requirements, including safety, environmental
• Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the company

• 协助资深工程师在客户端安装机台设备，为客户提供日常的机台维护、技术支持，处理故障，升级设备等
• 根据需要前往国内外客户所在地出差，出差频率：70%-85%
• 完成相应的在职技术培训、安全培训，持续性地在职学习
• 遵守公司端、客户端的现场要求，包括安全要求、环保要求等
• 完成公司安排的其他合理的工作任务

Preferred Qualifications:

• • 0–1 years of work experience in customer/field support
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in electronics, automation, mechanical engineering technologies
• Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge in any of the following: pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics, and with willingness to learn
• Good English communication skill
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• 0-1年现场技术支持的工作经验
• 本科及以上学历，电子、自动化、机械工程等专业
• 掌握气动、液压、电子、真空、热力等任何一个领域的基础机械知识，愿意持续性地学习
• 具备良好的英语沟通能力
• 熟悉微软办公自动化软件 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Physical Requirements:

This position often requires extensive walking, standing for extended periods of time, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, working at height, lifting up to 35 lbs., the ability to distinguish between colors and working with electricity, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools. Additionally, because this position generally involves working in a clean room, it requires the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.
