Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports implementation of outreach and economic inclusion plans.
Coordinates events, stakeholder meetings, and workshops.
Connects subcontractors and workforce programs to opportunities
Supports compliance requirements through metric tracking.
Serves as liaison with stakeholders.
Maintains relationships with community partners.
Tracks outreach through data capturing.
Prepares reports and client deliverables.
Develop outreach materials in partnership with Marketing.
Identifies and recommends process improvements.
Other tasks and projects as assigned.
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Basic understanding of outreach compliance.
Experience fostering meaningful connections with community stakeholders and partners.
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Working level organizational skills.
Working level communication skills. Proficient in addressing audiences of various sizes, conveying messages and ideas clearly and effectively. Demonstrates the ability to write clear, concise, and professional communications.
Working level decision quality and use of sound judgement.
Working level customer focus and the ability to work cohesively with others.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of outreach or coordination experience.
Prior involvement in community engagement and inclusion.
Experience working in the construction or infrastructure industry preferred.
Knowledge of local workforce programs preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to sit for long periods of time at a desk, generally up to 7 hours per day and occasionally standing and walking. The repetitive motion using hands with constant keyboarding and physical use of vision to read computer monitors and paper documents. Regularly required to use hands to operate standard office equipment (personal computer, photocopy machine, fax machine). Occasionally required to stoop, kneel and lift up to 15 pounds. The noise level in the office work environment is usually moderate to loud.

Range of base pay is $35/hr-$40/hr. Actual pay is based on individual skill level and experience.
