Remarkable ways you will be making a difference:
- Navigate and travel throughout Marion County to ensure timely and efficient transportation
- Ensure the safe and reliable pickup and delivery of residents to their designated locations
- Completes pre and post trip report for each trip
- Completes thorough pre- and post-trip reports for every journey, documenting relevant details accurately
- Prioritizes duties in a manner consistent with organizational objectives and growth
- Completes and updates mandatory training and other licensure related items in a timely manner
- Maintains documentation that is accurate and legible
What you need to be considered:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 6 months of previous transportation experience required
- Minimum age of 18 per licensure requirements
- Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving)
- Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal convictions
- Successfully complete a pre-employment physical
- Favorably meet and maintain Damar’s background screening
