Learning & Development Facilitator, AI & Digital Workplace Enablement
The Learning and Development Facilitator designs, coordinates, and deploys various training methods. This role evaluates and updates existing training materials to ensure effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals, while also conducting training needs assessments and developing appropriate solutions. Additionally, they manage the administrative process for training, including scheduling, classrooms, and materials.
The Learning and Development Facilitator designs and deploys a wide variety of methods to appropriately present training programs, to include Instructor-led training, self-based and Web based Training and blended learning solutions. Evaluates existing materials for effectiveness; update and re-develop as needed. Conducts training needs assessments and develops training solutions. Evaluates training solutions to ensure effectiveness and alignment with department and organizational goals. Coordinates the overall administrative process for training including schedules, classrooms, materials. Excellent platform training and communication skills, along with effective classroom management abilities are critical.

- Bachelors Level Degree required
Certification/Licensure

Experience
- 2 years Training Development Experience
- Excellent platform training and communication skills required
