Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the system to adapt to evolving business demands. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable, scalable applications are central to daily activities in this position.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
- Experience in configuring and managing security roles, permissions, and access controls within Workday HCM.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and business process integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex security and application configuration issues.
- Familiarity with Workday reporting and analytics related to security and compliance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
