Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different system components. Collaboration with various stakeholders to adapt and optimize application functionalities is a key part of the work routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an subject matter expert.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
CSM Tester - CSM Testing, ATF, Integration testing

- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged or software as a service environments.
- Experience working with application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms to streamline solution delivery.
- Ability to manage software releases and ensure system stability through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
- Good problem-solving skills with a focus on aligning technical solutions to business needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
