Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for. In this vital role, you will deliver personalized care to our clients, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Provide specialized care for clients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other cognitive disabilities, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Operate manual handling equipment such as Hoyer lifts safely to assist with resident transfers.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to promote mental and emotional well-being.

Requirements
- Prior experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or residential care homes is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of dementia care, memory care, geriatrics, and behavior management techniques.
- Ability to perform safe patient lifting practices and manual handling with proper technique.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork within multidisciplinary settings.
- Ability to operate a standard passenger car safely for client transportation when needed.
