Job Purpose:

As a Senior People Officer, you will lead and execute talent acquisition and HR improvement initiatives for both local and global teams. This role plays a critical part in scaling our hiring capabilities, enhancing the candidate and new-hire experience, and aligning local HR delivery with global people strategies.

With end-to-end ownership of recruitment and onboarding, you will also contribute to employee engagement, HR systems improvements, learning initiatives, and global people projects that support business growth.

Your Responsibility:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for the Bangalore location, from sourcing strategy to offer rollout, ensuring high-quality and timely hiring.
• Lead the onboarding process for new hires and maintain reports on onboarding satisfaction scores for continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager queries, guiding HR policies, procedures, and personnel processes.
• Administer core HR systems, including Personio),  LinkedIn (LMS), and Greenhouse (ATS).
• Analyse HR data and build dashboards, delivering insights on hiring, sentiment trends, engagement scores, and key people metrics.
• Manage third-party vendors, including Naukri, recruitment consultants, and BGV partners, to ensure contract compliance and service alignment.
• Execute People Plan initiatives for the Bangalore office in alignment with global engagement strategies and contribute to initiatives of the Global People Plan.
• Report key metrics to HR Business Partners, including employee check-ins and check-outs, as well as calibration decks with Growth Curves and grid analyses.
• Oversee Grow requirement usage and access for Bangalore employees, ensuring development tracking and utilisation. 
• Liaise with the Global Talent Acquisition team to schedule interviews for international roles, ensuring seamless cross-time zone coordination.
• Support the facilitation of training needs and learning sessions in Bangalore, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Contribute to global HR projects to enhance system utilisation and drive continuous improvements.
• Coordinate HR documentation, file management, and ad-hoc operational reporting as required.

 

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
• Postgraduate degree in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM) or certifications in HR systems, analytics, or project management (preferred).
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience in a regional or global Talent Acquisition role, managing multiple stakeholders and hiring across different functions, including high-volume customer service roles.
• Experience working with ATS and HRIS platforms such as Greenhouse and Personio, employee engagement tools, and reporting or dashboarding tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organisational levels.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment and managing recruitment across multiple teams or business units.
• Active involvement in employee engagement programmes and internal communications.
  
• A proactive mindset and willingness to think outside the box to drive impactful initiatives.
• Experience contributing to HR projects or process improvements, particularly those involving HR systems or automation.

• Experience supporting or facilitating training workshops and employee development initiatives and/or developing e-learning content.
