As a proactive People Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner to leaders within a designated area of Sunrise Switzerland's Consumer business, supporting all people-related topics and helping translate business needs into impactful people solutions. In addition, you will serve as the primary interface between our Swiss headquarters and our dedicated People team in Portugal, fostering collaboration and alignment across both locations.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Act as a trusted consultant and primary People Business Partner for a designated business area in Switzerland, advising leaders on organizational development, change management, and transformational topics
- Translate business strategies into People actions and drive key People processes across the employee lifecycle, including performance and talent management, employee development, retention initiatives and compensation processes
- Leverage People analytics and workforce insights to support business decisions and workforce planning
- Serve as the key liaison between the People team in Portugal and Switzerland, ensuring alignment and collaboration across locations
- Contribute to People projects and transformation initiatives, supporting the continuous improvement of People processes, tools and organizational effectiveness
YOUR SKILLS:
- 3+ years of experience as a People Business Partner, including exposure to transformation initiatives, project work, and collaboration with international teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills in a complex organizational environment
- Willingness to take ownership and drive meaningful change
- Ability to distill complex concepts and communicate them clearly to the target audience, using storytelling skills
- Fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional languages such as Italian, French, or Portuguese would be considered an asset
