JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with founders on strategic business initiatives.
• Support executive search mandates across multiple industries.
• Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence research.
• Source, engage, and evaluate senior professionals.
• Manage client and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Identify and support business development opportunities.
• Implement AI-driven solutions to improve workflows.
• Execute projects that contribute to business growth and operational excellence.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 6 months to 2 years of professional experience in executive search, recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, business development, consulting, startup operations, or a related field.
