Marsh is seeking a Senior Manager, Fiduciary Operations to join our Business Client Services (BCS) team at Marsh, based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a key leadership role responsible for optimizing Fiduciary operations (including invoicing and debtor management) for the Pacific business.
Reporting to the Global Head of Fiduciary Operations, with a dotted-line connection to the Senior Manager, Value Stream Operations (Pacific), you’ll play a critical role delivering global initiatives locally—balancing global direction with Pacific business needs—while driving digitization, process improvement, service quality, and operational performance. You’ll also act as a key interface between onshore Pacific teams and our Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India to ensure consistent, accurate service delivery.
We will count on you to:
- Implement the Fiduciary and invoicing 3-year strategy aligned to global direction and Pacific business goals, partnering closely with global peers.
- Lead and develop a team of invoicing and fiduciary professionals, building a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement—supporting capability uplift and increased use of digital tools.
- Define, deliver, and report key service metrics to senior leadership; identify gaps and implement improvement plans to continuously lift performance.
- Work with legal, compliance, and operational teams to maintain robust governance frameworks and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
- Oversee invoicing and fiduciary risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.
What you need to have:
- Leadership experience within the insurance sector (or a closely related financial services environment), specifically within fiduciary or finance related function.
- Proven experience delivering process digitization and continuous improvement initiatives that drive measurable operational and financial outcomes.
- Experience operating effectively in a global matrix organization, influencing stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the execution discipline to deliver results in an operational environment.
- Relevant professional qualifications are preferred (e.g., CA/CPA, Chartered Insurance Broker, MBA, or equivalent).
Why join our team:
- We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
- We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
- Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.
