Your role will be to guide customers every step of the way, providing them with a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey.

What you’ll do:
- Manage and advise customers who have already expressed interest in our services
- Analyze customers’ needs and guide them in selecting the most suitable insurance solution, through a wide network of 20 insurance providers
- Communicate with existing customers to build strong relationships and promote additional services that meet their evolving needs
- Collaborate with the Back-Office and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth processes and deliver the best possible customer experience
